Shipping

 

All items ordered will be shipped out on the following Monday or Tuesday. We use ground service to ship our products, unless requested otherwise by the customer. Each item will be individually vacuum sealed, to lock in the freshness.  All orders will be shipped in double insulated containers, to ensure the products integrity throughout the delivery process. All weights are the pre-cooked weight of the item.

 

We request that you state the week you would like to receive your products. Please give yourself enough time to receive the packages before you actually need them. Rush orders can be available, but the buyer assumes all responsibility for the increase in shipping cost. For holiday large group orders, we require 3 weeks advance notice to cover purchase and preparation.

 

If requested, a complimentary note of thanks will be added to each package. The card will be hand written and addressed to your client or family, and appear as originating from the person/company purchasing
the package.
