Your brisket will arrive vacuum-sealed to lock in the freshness. Remove from foil and freeze immediately upon arrival. Do not remove vacuum-sealed bag.
Heating Instructions:
- Thaw completely
- Preheat over to 250 degrees
- Place in oven for 60 minutes
- DO NOT REMOVE FROM VACUUM-SEALED BAG WHILE HEATING
- Caution: Be careful of steam released from bag when opening after heating
